The paramount chief for Kwahu Traditional Area in the Eastern Region Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong II has urged media houses in the area to be circumspect in their reportage to avoid denigrating.
Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong today in a meeting with Managers and Editors of the various media houses in Kwahu at the Abene Palace urged the media fraternity to avoid false publications since the media is a tool that delivers messages to the world.
The meeting saw leaders of the various media houses in Kwahu including Business Manager of Agoo fm, Kofi Ansong Baffour, CEO of Life FM Nana Agyei Francis (NAFAK) and others.
The meeting was supported by Kwahu Manwere Hene Nana Yeboah Asuamah, Abene Krontihene Nana Simpeh Owiredu III, Adehyee Hene Nana Odomanteng Kesse and Sanaa Hene Nana Baah.
However, members of the inky fraternity were allowed to raise concerns which were addressed to help brighten the image of Kwahu.
