Birem North DCE: My First Day at Office, I Feel So Blessed
The New District Chief Executive for Birem North in the Eastern Region Hon Raymond Nana Damtey has expressed much satisfaction on his first day at office assuring to render good service in his tenure as DCE.
According to him, his door is opened to all residents in his district since he is capable of being a listening leader and a father for all without any discrimination.
Speaking in an interview with Agoo news’ Ebenezer Kojo Nyavor on his first day at office, thanks giving service to the lord was the first thing he did following a meeting with the departmental heads led by the chief HR.
He assured to work together with chiefs and elders in the district adding that, the president has respect for our opinion leaders so we cannot do without them.
Outlining his plans to Agoo news, he revealed a task force will be set up in the district to look into issues affecting the community in education sector, reasons behind the failure of some youth to attend school.
According to him, some of these youth who are not attending school may be encountering certain challenges which might not be within reach of assembly members to render helping hands.
The New DCE also expressed much worry over the state of roads in the district adding that, roads in our district are poor but we will work hard to fix them before things get out of hands.
He assured never to disappoint residents of Birem North District but on the other hand pleaded with Nananom to correct him when he goes wrong.
