
The Member of Parliament elect for Abetifi Constituency , Bryan Acheampong has promised to use his emolument that will accrued to him as MP, including ex-gratia to support education in the area.
Mr Acheampong said his salary, allowances and ex-gratia that will accrued to him as long as he continues to be their member of parliament will go to educational fund that he will immediately set up to support students within his constituency and Kwahu at large.
‘’Year on year, for as long as I remain in parliament, all these monies which would be given to me will be directly spent in Education. I am going to account to the public, I am going to account to my constituency, for them to know I made a promise that I am going to deal with education and I have done it.’’
He thanked his constituents for honour done him to represent them in parliament.
Speaking to Eugene Akoto –Bamfo the Host of Agoo fm’s Morning Show” ENE NSO BIO” on Monday Mr Acheampong assures his constituents that , he is committed to every promise he has made to them.
He said four key areas that will immediately engage his attention will be water, sanitation, Fulani menace and education.
